Occupational health and safety (OHS) reports detail the health and safety measures adopted by companies. They consist of technical analyses and information that assess working conditions and identify the risks to which workers are exposed.

OHS reports are important to prove the company's compliance with the health and safety of its employees. The more up-to-date they are, the more the company can prove its compliance.

Some examples of the main OHS reports are: Unhealthiness Report, Dangerousness Report, Technical Report on Environmental Work Conditions (LTCAT), Risk Management Program (PGR), Occupational Health Medical Control Program (PCMSO), Ergonomic Work Analysis (AET).

The LTCAT is a report that analyzes and details the environmental conditions to which workers are exposed. It is required by the INSS to prove the need for special retirement.
